About The Balance Workout

The Balance Workout is Marin's exclusive training and conditioning company that offers innovative, fun and results-oriented fitness programs. Balance is comprised of elite strength and conditioning coaches and teachers who specialize in creating new training methodologies in sport-specific training, functional fitness and group fitness. We are the home to Baby Boot Camp and The TRX suspension training system as well as the specialized Twist Conditioning elite training methods.

We offer year-round training that focuses on improving fitness, athleticism, sport-specific training and performance abilities - without membership fees. The Balance Workout's focus is to improve individuals and athletes so they are better prepared for daily life and their sport. We do this by using our proven methods to improve strength, speed, quickness, agility, balance, reaction skills and anaerobic conditioning.
