Position: Internship/Apprenticeship Program
Description: We welcome you to The Balance Workouts apprenticeship program. By joining the team, you have chosen to work with a highly dynamic, exciting, motivating, and professional team. Likewise, you will be chosen because of your exemplary background, character, experience and potential to thrive in our environment.
The apprenticeship program is designed to be minimum of 100 hours. If you would like to go on and receive the athlete performance internship, that is an additional 40 hours of apprenticeship hours. The purpose of this apprenticeship program is to provide you with the knowledge and skills that it takes to be successful in the fields of personal training, strength and conditioning, athlete performance, massage and other allied health care professionals. This is an unpaid, voluntary program designed to bring you to a higher level of understanding and education in the human performance field.

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Description: This position provides support for all activities pertaining to marketing at The Balance Workout, including, but not limited to implementing marketing activities, media relations, and collateral development. Assists in writing, developing and desktop publishing of newsletters, flyers, marketing collateral and press releases as well as maintaining the web site.

Position: Operations Coordinator
Description:This position provides general reception duties (answering/field incoming calls & messages, greet clients upon arrival) and administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Position: Baby Boot Camp Instructors
Description: All Baby Boot Camp instructors must hold a current Group Exercise Certification or Personal Trainer Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or NASM. Other certifications and degrees may be submitted for approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Description: Certified GFI needed to teach a variety of classes including Stability Ball, Sports Conditioning,
