Mission Statement

We make fitness fun. We help athletes win. We make the gym obsolete.

The Balance Workout's primary goal is to educate and motivate participants to make fitness a key part of their lives and to help athletes reach their peak performance. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we can help with your individualized fitness needs.

The Balance Workout blends the best of many fitness training programs and techniques so that you can be confident that your conditioning is leading edge. We will help teach you to move more effectively and more efficiently. For example, beginners will develop core strength and balance that will help them with daily living. Experienced athletes will learn movement skills to correct body position, foot-ground relationship, balance, angle of force application and other variables that help athletes move from point A to point B quicker while expending less energy. Balance's training focuses on error detection and mechanical corrections so athletes have an improved ability to react, respond and move to execute sport actions. Above all else, Balance's team of trainers strive to produce excellent movement skills! That is the key to sport success.The Balance Workout experience begins with an initial comprehensive fitness evaluation including body composition, aerobic capacity, flexibility, balance, postural analysis and nutritional assessment. You will set goals based on your individuality and desired objectives. Over time, we will track with you progress towards those goals.
