Kiera Einhorn
Kiera Einhorn's journey has been one of a magical awakening. After twelve years of working in Corporate Sales she decided to wake up and live an abundant life that was in greater alignment with her true life's path. Through practicing Yoga and Life Coaching, Kiera is able to find creativity and passion in the work she does on and off the mat. Kiera created Freedom Flow Yoga in the spirit of true mind body connection. Through Yoga asana, breathing techniques, and Meditation, Kiera teaches her student's how to cultivate their own strength, flexibility, and mindful relaxation in their ever day lives. Kiera believes that the human mind and body has a strong desire to be in a state of equilibrium, and Yoga and Meditation helps us to find our grounding center. Kiera likes to bring chanting and music into her classes to create an atmosphere of greater love and acceptance.
Blissful Freedom Flow
Is a Gentle Hatha Flow based class, where the focus is on combining breath with movement. Perfect for beginners or more advanced students to move beyond the limitations of the body and mind.
GENTLE HATHA: Incorporates restorative asana into a slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for beginners or advanced students to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness.
