The Balance Workout for Youth
The Balance Workout has years of experience working with young athletes to unlock their potential. Unless otherwise noted, all programs are available for kids ages 8-17. Camps for boys and girls are held separately.
What to bring:
Please make sure that you bring proper workout clothes. You should have shoes that have good lateral support, as we will be moving and stopping in all different directions. We will also be doing some conditioning on Mount Tam so trail running shoes are a good choice for those days. We will notify you in advance of those training days.
Be on time:
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to all training sessions.

Lacrosse
The new Lacrosse Conditioning program focuses on developing the physical attributes used in lacrosse including full body power, strength, speed, quickness, agility, conditioning, and more. Develop your body to become a more skillful and well conditioned lacrosse player.

All-Sport Conditioning
Train like the Pro's! These camps are available for athletes from a variety of multi-directional sports, including soccer, basketball, lacrosse, football, baseball, rugby, tennis and others. This program will focus on developing athleticism through functional strength training, speed training, agility, deceleration, quickness, balance, rotary core power, and more.
